PRIVACY POLICY
By means of this warning, "FIOTO, S.L." (hereinafter "FIOTO"), informs users of then www.fioto.es website, in accordance with article 5 of Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Data Protection, of its personal data protection policy in order that the latter may freely and expressly decide to provide "FIOTO" with the personal details requested of them in relation to their information requests or service or product provision requests or contracts relating to the manufacture of machines and mechanical equipment for public use and other related services.
Users are therefore informed that the personal details they provide will be incorporated in a file, duly registered in the Registro General de Protección de Datos, "FIOTO" being the data owner and party responsible (Fiscal ID: B08755027), with registered office at C/Zurbano 42, 08290 Cerdanyola del Vallés (Barcelona), who processes it in order to consolidate and maintain the commercial, contractual or potential commercial relationship that may be established and in order for customers or potential customers to receive publicity on all our services.
Save where specifically provided otherwise, all fields on the form or printout are to be completed in a truthful and accurate manner and in full. Otherwise, "FIOTO" may, depending on the case, refuse to register the user or refuse to provide the specific service requested.
Similarly, in accordance with the provisions of the Data protection law, users can exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel and contest their personal data by writing to "FIOTO", C/Zurbano 42, 08290 Cerdanyola del Vallés (Barcelona), providing proof of identity. The request must contain the name, surname and a photocopy of the ID document of the party concerned or the legal representative and the document accrediting the representation and detail the request, address to send notifications, date and applicant's signature and documents accrediting the request made. If the request fails to comply with the above, the user will be asked to correct this. The access right may only be refused if the request does not comply with the aforesaid requirements and no legitimate reason is put forward for doing so. No compensation will be demanded for the exercise of these rights.
"FIOTO" cannot meet requests to cancel the personal details from users who still have a relationship with it. However, users can oppose the processing of their data in relation to the receipt of publicity on our products and services.
"FIOTO" has taken the technical and organisational measures required to guarantee the security of the data and prevent its unauthorised alteration, loss, processing or accessing, taking into account current technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed, whether these be of a human, physical or natural nature. All technical and organisational measures will be taken to achieve basic security objectives, these being: confidentiality, understood to be the limiting of access to information by unauthorised persons; integrity, understood to be the keeping of reliable, quality information; and availability, understood to be the authorised user's guaranteed access to the Information System.
In accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Services and E-commerce services and the modifications made to it by Ley General de Comunicaciones 32/2003 of 3 November, we warn you that acceptance of this clause implies that you agree to receive publicity on our products and services and other related information. Users can oppose the processing of their personal details for these purposes and withdraw their consent by writing to "FIOTO", C/Zurbano 42, 08290 Cerdanyola del Vallés (Barcelona) or sending an email to fioto@fioto.es, writing "UNREGISTER" in the subject field.
The "FIOTO" website contains links to other websites that may interest users. "FIOTO" is not responsible for these websites and cannot guarantee their compliance with adequate Privacy Policies, and therefore users understand that they access their content according to the conditions of use of each and under their sole responsibility.
